In 2023, Deidra Phillips, B.A. , QMHP, created Psychological Understanding LLC . This organization was created in efforts to educate and advocate for the Black and Hispanic communities. Her roots stem from the Caribbean Islands to Panama City, Panama. After receiving her Bachelors in Clinical Psychology, her love for Mental Health grew. Community outreach, mentorship, holistic wellness, and advocacy were her main focus..
